Donna Hay embraces big-picture approach in Job Corps role

Donna Hay’s childhood in the Bronx is pivotal to her new position as CEO and president of the National Job Corps Association, the trade association for the 123 Job Corps service provider organizations located nationwide. When she interviewed for the position at NJCA, based in Washington, D.C., a search committee member asked Hay whether she could connect with students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
